Beyond a philosophy of always maintaining double or triple redundancy in components and communication, we are continuously bolstering our processes linked to preventive maintenance and fault correction.

The strongest SLA agreement on the market
 Xfiber’s processes and logistics allow us to give our customers the strongest SLA agreement on the market without any added cost. We guarantee a minimum of 99.8% uptime, and we immediately send out new equipment in the quickest manner possible when faults are suspected. We also mobilise technicians to correct faults around the clock. If the fault correction takes a considerable amount of time, we will get the customer back online using alternative solutions.

ISO 20000 certification – guarantees quality
Xfiber became ISO 20000 certified  in 2015. Many of our customers are accustomed to working according to strict quality routines in their own operations. We are of the opinion that it is only logical for their datacom supplier to follow suit. The quality system we have established with ISO 20000 ensures strong processes linked to proactive operations, change management, phase-in and phase-out of network components, launching new services, the installation process and fault correction, as well as all continuous dialogue with our customers.

– Our Service Desk has the capacity to assist our customers without waiting in line when they call us. Our customers have direct access to technical resources that can make changes to your service and help you while you wait. If you need assistance outside normal opening hours, our NOC will start immediate fault correction 24/7.

– Xfiber’s customers are exclusively businesses and include everything from small companies to the very largest. Our organisation culture is based on providing immediate expert assistance.
